Norma's is a conceptual Italian restaurant, based off of the Pellegrini family history and cuisine that has been passed down my family for generations, largely by my great-grandmother, Norma. She always dreamed of opening a restaurant but never got around to it, instead cooking the dishes found on this menu for her children and grand-children. This restaurant branding concept was designed in her honor.
